WATC Interview “Friends & Neighbors”
On September 24, 2026, I had the opportunity to visit WATC TV in Atlanta for an interview on Friends & Neighbors to talk about Confessions of a Church Girl.
During our conversation, we talked about the heart behind the book, why I felt compelled to write it, and the importance of making room for honesty and authenticity in our faith. We also discussed what it looks like to acknowledge the imperfections within the Church while still choosing to hold tightly to Jesus.
I’m so grateful to Greg West and the Friends & Neighbors team for welcoming me and giving me the opportunity to share a little of my story and the message behind Confessions of a Church Girl.
It was such a special experience and another reminder that you never know where a simple “yes” might lead.
